During this consultation we'll discuss your training, and/or talk about topics that you'd like to learn more about. For example how to train optimally, why we do certain types of training from a physiological point of view, performance nutrition etc. The consultation could be part of an ongoing coaching program or you could book it as a standalone session to discuss the topics of your choice and ask general or specific questions about training.
As a coach and runner myself, I believe in the power of an individualized training plan. The plan should fit the athlete, not the other way around. That's why I build custom plans for my clients. In addition to the plan itself, which is uploaded to your personal calendar on the V.O2 platform, you'll get a cycle plan that shows you the bigger picture and long term plan, as well as email support if you have any questions! Within the V.O2 training calendar, you can move and edit sessions, see all the details for upcoming and past workouts, as well as the exact pace to train at. Let's go!
