Once I understand your baseline level of fitness and history as an athlete, we'll design a plan together that works within the constraints of your life. Then, inevitably, we'll tweak it as we go, because things will always change. I don't find much use for cookie-cutter plans because everyone has unique needs, ability, and scheduling concerns; so, we'll do this together using a lot of your input. Communication is key to all of this, which is why I do not like to limit us to a specific number of messages.
I will help you choose a realistic goal if you're just getting started and don't know what you're capable of. If you're an experienced runner with your eyes on the prize, I will help you focus on the types of training that will get you there on the shortest path.
