Using the principals of the Jack Daniel's training methodology, I will be helping you achieve your goal time in a half or full marathon. We will work together to review your goals, set up your plan, write specific and indivudalized workouts and check in as needed. My aim is to see you cross the line happy, healthy and ready to do it again!
