Every runner starts somewhere. This program is designed to help you build confidence, establish lasting habits, and begin your running journey the right way. Perfect for first-time runners or athletes returning after time away from the sport, this 12-week program provides a gradual, personalized approach to developing endurance and consistency. By the end of the program, you'll be ready to confidently complete a 5K, 8K, or 10K race and have the foundation necessary to pursue larger goals, including half or full marathon training.

Minimum Requirements

To get the most out of this program, athletes should be able to comfortably run 3–5 days per week and maintain a consistent weekly mileage of approximately 10–15 miles.
