This program is designed to jump start your running journey and help you compete in your first 5k or 10k. This is a great option for athletes coming back from prolonged rest or a newer runner looking to get started. You can expect 12 weeks of training to enable you to compete in a 5k, 8k or 10k race.

Minimum Requirements

Be able to do a short run 2-4 days a week.
