This is designed for athletes who would like a much more intensive coaching experience such as monthly video analysis, bi-weekly phone calls, and weekly plan adaptions based on travel or athlete needs. Athletes can expect comments on every workout and a lot of feedback on goals, technique, race strategy and training principals.
Must have a very solid level of fitness and the ability to train 6 days a week, sometimes 7.
