We will work one-on-one to ensure you understand and achieve your hand selected workouts. I'll review your weekly progress and move you forward at a rate that focuses on hitting your goals while staying healthy and happy. We will consult monthly and I'll review all of your workouts, posting notes and comments as needed.
Need to be able to run at least 3-4 days a week for HM and FM plans.
