Description

We will work one-on-one to ensure you understand and achieve your hand selected workouts. I'll review your weekly progress and move you forward at a rate that focuses on hitting your goals while staying healthy and happy. We will consult weekly and I will always be available to you for questions and answers. My goal is the same as your goal.

Minimum Requirements

Need to be able to run at least 3-4 days a week for HM and FM plans.

Communication

unlimited emails, unlimited text-messages, unlimited calls, unlimited in-person sessions
