This plan is perfect if you're looking for some training guidance leading up to an important Full Marathon race. Racing a Flat or Hilly Course? No problem! We have a plan for that! *** Select the Flat Course Training Plan if you're racing on a course that's relatively flat. *** Select the Hilly Course Training Plan if you're racing on a course that's relatively hilly. Need Lower or Higher Intensity? No problem! We have a plan for that! *** Select the Lower Intensity Training Plan if you're running up to 4 days/week and are focused on finishing. *** Select the Higher Intensity Training Plan if you're running up to 6 days/week and are focused on running fast. I'll create a custom plan that includes which days to run, how far to run, and how fast to run. Your plan also includes injury prevention strength exercises to help keep you healthy. Your training calendar will be available to you within the VDOT app and will automatically sync with your smart watch GPS data!
