This plan is perfect for someone who is able to run continuously for 30 minutes but wants to improve running tolerance and fitness before entering into a specific training cycle for an upcoming race. This plan will work towards running 60 minutes continuously, build overall weekly volume, and introduce some pace variations.

Able to run up to 30 minutes continuously and has a positive attitude and commitment toward achieving your goals!
