It is specifically for those with a solid aerobic base who are targeting performance goals such as a sub-20/25/30 5km or sub-40/50/60 10km. THE SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES NEUROMUSCULAR POWER The inclusion of weekly strides and 400m repetitions (Day 1 & Day 3) is a systematic way to improve running economy.
