Description

This plan is designed for the high school athlete to run PRs this spring in the 800m and 3000m events. The plan will be custom to the athlete with some contact at set-up so that the mileage parameters, schedule and progression are specific to the athlete. The plan will incorporate drills, functional strength, stretching and specific training for hard track sessions, off-track work (tempos, fartleks) and easy/long runs. The program will be designed to allow the athlete to peak during Championship season with specific attention to developing a strong finishing kick. The majority of the communication comes at the development of the plan with a phone call to start up and email support but athletes needing regular contact should consider private coaching.

Minimum Requirements

high school athlete with running experience - sophmore, junior and senior athletes.
