Designed by Nelle Fox, this training program gently builds novice runners towards the 10K distance. It includes a pre-running warm up and guidance for race day as well as how to properly execute the workouts. There are 3 runs per week, to safely build novice runners' volume while also ensuring preparedness for the 10K distance.
This is for runners who have not yet incorporated speed into their training program and would like to begin doing so. Allows for run/walking throughout the plan.
