Description

8 week training plan tailored to your current pacing ability. This self-guided, non-coached plan is recommended for individuals who can currently run 2-3 miles continuously and are ready to integrate speed training into their running practice. 4-5 days of running per week, complete with pace-adapted running workouts and supplemental movement routines.

Minimum Requirements

Need to be able to run 30 minutes continuously 2-3 times a week.
