Designed by Nelle Fox, this training program gently builds experienced runners towards a stronger 10K running performance. It includes a pre-running warm up and guidance for race day. There are 5 runs per week, to progressively build the experienced runners' volume while also ensuring preparedness for an optimal 10K performance.
This is for runners who have run a 10K race and/or can run 30-45 minutes continuously and would like to incorporate several speed workouts into their training program.
