Whether you are a marathoner who wants a massive, slow-burn build with a solid base phase included, or a 50K athlete preparing for the unique demands of your first (or fastest) ultra, I’m here to build the architecture that gets you there. This isn't a static PDF or a recycled template. When you join me for True North, you’re getting a plan that is 100% custom-contoured to you. For a journey this long, we take the time to build a powerhouse engine before we even look at race-specific intensity. I hand-build every single week using a blend of proven endurance science and the real-world experience I’ve gained over 26 years of running. It’s a roadmap tailored specifically to your body, your paces, and your long-term health. You aren't training in a vacuum. You’ll have your custom plan in our training app where you can leave unlimited comments on your workouts to track your progress or share a "win." While this isn't a 1:1 coaching relationship with 24/7 access, I will be checking in to reply to your comments and see how you’re doing. This plan also includes one email per month if we need to tweak or readjust your schedule for any reason.
GPS Watch (Optional): You don’t need a fitness watch, but for the complex data involved in ultra-training, it is highly recommended. If you want me to see your progress and have the ability to leave comments on your workouts for me to review, you will need to sync a GPS watch (Garmin, Coros, Apple Watch, etc.) to the V.O2 app. The Mindset: You are ready for the ultimate endurance challenge. 20+ weeks is a major commitment, and I’m here to make sure your navigation is spot on from day one to the finish line.
