This Custom Training Plan is designed for any race distance up to 20 weeks in length, including: Base building phases Half marathons 25K trail races First-time 50K ultra-marathons Marathon and 10 Mile training (for runners not participating in the Twin Cities Marathon Navigator program) It’s also the perfect entry point for athletes who are planning to join The Navigator but need a solid, structured base plan to get them to the required mileage before the program begins. Built for Where You Are Every plan is built specifically for your current fitness, goals, schedule, and experience level. Whether you're returning from a break, building consistency for the first time, or sharpening for a goal race, this plan meets you exactly where you are. Delivered through the V.02 platform, this experience is designed to guide you to the finish line with clarity and precision—without the noise of generic training plans. Customized Performance via V.02 V.DOT Precision: No generic effort zones. Training paces are calibrated using your recent race data or conversational pace through the V.02 system. Seamless Integration: Workouts sync directly to your Garmin, Coros, or Apple Watch (Series 10 and later). Just hit start and go. Automated Tracking: Your run data flows back into the app for progress tracking, with the ability to comment on runs directly to me for feedback and accountability. Support & Adjustments While this is not 1:1 coaching, you are not left on your own. Each athlete has the ability to email once per training block (approximately once per month) to: Make plan adjustments based on life or training feedback Ask questions about training structure Discuss race-day strategy and execution This keeps the plan flexible while still providing expert oversight when you need it. Minimum Requirements

There are no minimum mileage requirements for the Custom Training Plan. This program is designed to meet you exactly where you are—whether you’re starting from the couch, returning to running after time off, building toward your first race, or training at an established weekly mileage. Every plan is built from your current fitness, goals, and experience, and can include anything from a return-to-run progression all the way up to structured training for a half-marathon, 25K, or ultra-distance event.
