If you’re new to running or coming back after time off — injury, life changes, postpartum, or just losing the routine — this 8-week plan is a great place to start. You’ll begin with three days of guided run/walk intervals each week to build consistency and confidence. After five weeks, you’ll shift into continuous running to set up your next training cycle. Strength and optional cross-training are included. Your plan will be added to your training calendar within 48 hours of purchase.
