Starting week 1, runners must be able to run 3-5 miles for the lower mileage plans and up to 6-8 miles for the higher mileage plans. *In the 5k training plan library you’ll select from there is also a Beginner Run-Walk to 5k Program, so if this is your first time running period or running a 5k, this is for you too!

Fast forward a few decades that included running collegiately at Penn State, professionally with Under Armour, and coaching top DI NCAA teams (Syracuse and NAU), and I’m now here to coach rockstar runners like you! I also coach for community-based Team Run Flagstaff, Girls on the Run, the RunSedona Races, and the iFIT fitness app on NordicTrack, ProForm, and FreeMotion treadmills.
