Strength & Mobility Plan for Runners Developed by Dr. Kameron Harder, PT, DPT, OCS This 20-week program is designed to help runners build strength, improve mobility, and stay injury-free with 40 at-home strength workouts and 20 mobility routines. Dr. Harder designed this training specifically for runners, with two strength workouts and one mobility session each week to complement your training at any phase. Equipment needed: Dumbbells and/or a kettlebell, and resistance bands.

Fast forward a few decades that included running collegiately at Penn State, professionally with Under Armour, and coaching top DI NCAA teams (Syracuse and NAU), and I’m now here to coach rockstar runners like you! I also coach for community-based Team Run Flagstaff, Girls on the Run, the RunSedona Races, and the iFIT fitness app on NordicTrack, ProForm, and FreeMotion treadmills.
