Born in Ridgefield, CT, raised in Flagstaff, AZ! Fast forward a few decades that included running collegiately at Penn State, professionally with Under Armour, and coaching top DI NCAA teams (Syracuse and NAU), and I’m now here to coach rockstar runners like you! I also coach for community-based Team Run Flagstaff, Girls on the Run, the RunSedona Races, and the iFIT fitness app on NordicTrack, ProForm, and FreeMotion treadmills.
