This Coaching Call is a valuable moment for us to work one on one and really dive into your current and future training, race strategy, goals, what’s bringing you closer to your goals and what’s holding you back, and map out a plan of action that you can integrate into your life. If you want to dive into hydration, race nutrition, mindset, pre and post run exercises, treadmill versus outdoor running, or optimizing your mindset on race day, I am here for it! Maybe you’re new to running and want to learn about how to structure your weekly and monthly schedule. Or maybe you’ve been running for a while and your race results have plateaued. Unmotivated? I get it! No matter your start line, this is valuable time for us to figure out how you want to approach running and I'm here to steer you on the right track. Born in Ridgefield, CT, raised in Flagstaff, AZ! Fast forward a few decades that included running collegiately at Penn State, professionally with Under Armour, and coaching top DI NCAA teams (Syracuse and NAU), and I’m now here to coach rockstar runners like you! I also coach for community-based Team Run Flagstaff, Girls on the Run, the RunSedona Races, and the iFIT fitness app on NordicTrack, ProForm, and FreeMotion treadmills.
