Training and consulting as needed. The emphasis is helping you break a 3 hour marathon. However, shorter distances are also part of the program. Marathons are not required. All fees will be donated to Alabama Childhood Food Solutions.
Must be willing and capable of running a minimum of 55-60 miles per week.
