If you run the online workouts I provide at the paces I specify you’ll achieve maximum progress towards your Marathon Goal Time. Training includes my suggestion for a monthly race near you that shares characteristics with your target Marathon. Racing is the best gauge of your progress, and I’ll adjust your plan and paces based on it. It’s also terrific, task-specific training. I encourage and respond quickly to communication through our shared portal. We’ll discuss your progress based on insights from your vital signs, paces, and running mechanics and adjust plans and goals accordingly. All of that information in context helps us work together to improve your: CARDIO (heart & capillaries) ECONOMY (adds fat-burning, preserves Glycogen) ENDURANCE AEROBIC CAPACITY (VO2max) SPEED FORM (So you can run faster and be more injury resistant by eliminating waste motion and reducing impact force) If you’re local to Los Angeles, I hope to see you soon at my weekly group runs for in-person coaching.
