If you run the online workouts I provide at the paces I specify you will get to your goal time in the mile of for a PFT in 3 months. I'll tell you within two weeks if your realistic stretch-goal time should be slower or faster and how much of a stretch it will be. After you've been with me for a month, I'll do a video analysis of your form and make suggestions within 10 days on how to improve your stride for the mile. If you're close to Los Angeles, I can take the video and join you for form corrections. Training includes my suggestion for races near you. Racing is the best gauge of your progress and a terrific boost towards achieving your goals.
