Whether you're looking to run a fast 5k or run your best marathon, I will setup a program that will fit into your schedule while optimizing the available time you do have for training. With some initial feedback from you I will setup a program based on your current fitness, mileage, schedule then work towards your goals. Ongoing feedback and communication is encouraged via email, text, or phone to help gauge training load and areas of focus. I'll make suggestions around cross training as well as nutrition especially around marathon fueling, but also day to day recover from workouts.
