Description

Are you coming off a longer break or stepping into racing for the first time? This base building plan will help you gain fitness and add structure that will help set you up for marathon/ half marathon training down the road. Having a solid base of fitness prior to marathon training is vital to being able to build mileage without high injury risk. This plan can also be used to gain general fitness and an understanding of how to structure your running week on your own. With custom training, I use questions about your current fitness, training history, and race goals to write a training plan that will be manageable, appropriately challenging, and suit your life. The training plan is delivered all at once but you're welcome to email me with questions as they come up. For a very reasonable price you get... - Daily workouts on the V.O2 app - Training tailored to race distance and terrain - Number of runs and cross train sessions catered to your comfort and availability - Strength training suggestions - Nutrition advice - Unlimited coaching support - Changes to plan for injury, illness, etc.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum 3 runs per week. It's best if you have a running watch or another way of tracking mileage and pace.
