With custom 1:1 personal coaching, we'll start with a call to discuss your goals and current training. Personal training is adaptive, designed specifically for you and your life. Leave all the worrying to me as you focus on checking off training one week at a time. Training for the week is typically uploaded on Saturdays. - Daily workouts on the V.O2 app - Training tailored to race distance and terrain - Number of runs and cross train sessions catered to your comfort and availability - Strength training suggestions - Nutrition advice - Unlimited coaching support via text or email - Changes to plan for injury, illness, etc.
I recommend having a running watch to record workouts. A minimum of 3 runs and 1 strength session per week is recommended but not required. Athletes will use the V.O2 site or app to receive training and upload workout results.
