In addition to everything you get under my Individual Run Coaching package, this package includes 2 performance training sessions per month. This can be a virtual and/or written workout. In these sessions you will perform strength and mobility work tailored specifically for your needs. The exercises in these sessions will be running-specific and focused on strengthening for faster, more controlled running, or on mobility to open up range of motion.
No additional communication
I am an elite masters marathoner and just recently competed in the United States Olympic Trials in Atlanta. I have been using the Jack Daniels' VDOT strategies in my own training for the last five years and continue to get faster - even as a masters runner. I enjoy using VDOT training with my athletes and helping them to realize their own potential as well. As a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise, I am able to assist my athletes' cross training and strength training needs as well to assist in performance and injury mitigation.
