I provide my athletes with a training schedule that is customized to their fitness level and includes structured workouts at various paces, that will progress you toward your goals. The varied paces target different physiological systems to assist in your development and advance your fitness - improving VO2Max, running economy, and extending your endurance. I review the data from your runs to ensure the program meets you at your current fitness level and safely and effectively progresses you towards your goals. Most runners are unsure of what they should be doing to make continued progress, or are unsure of their goals. This is okay too, as I make recommendations on how to structure your race calendar to assist in your development. I believe in building a strong foundation and always meet you where you are and progress you from there. The schedule I create for you is flexible and adaptive. I make changes to your schedule based on how you are adapting to workouts and any additional changes that may be needed. As your coach, I will provide you with timely and appropriate education. I believe in educating you along the way, which makes training under me a wholistic experience. I provide feedback on workouts, the intention and paces, cadence/stride length, nutrition, fueling, race strategy, recovery and more. I provide daily warm-ups and drills to work on mobility, and muscle activation, and to develop speed and power. You will have reasonable unlimited communication with me via text, email, and phone. I am also an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. With this I offer additional strength/mobility work outside of what is included in your coaching experience. I offer strength training to my athletes virtually or in person (if local). Additional strength/mobility work outside of what is included in your coaching experience, is available in person (local residents) or virtually for an additional cost if needed.

I am an elite masters marathoner and just recently competed in the United States Olympic Trials in Atlanta. I have been using the Jack Daniels' VDOT strategies in my own training for the last five years and continue to get faster - even as a masters runner. I enjoy using VDOT training with my athletes and helping them to realize their own potential as well. As a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise, I am able to assist my athletes' cross training and strength training needs as well to assist in performance and injury mitigation.
