Designed to get you through your half-marathon, this plan can help you adapt to your training through long runs and tempo runs, while also supplementing your longer distance work with hill repeats and faster efforts to make race day a wonderful capstone to your hard work. Train hard, and always, run smart!

Minimum Requirements

Longest training run will last 90 minutes or 10 miles.
