Marathon specific workouts with a focus on the long run, which will gradually build within each mesocycle. Periodized plan with aerobic base building, threshold phase, and anaerobic phase to improve running economy. After signing up, I will send you a form to fill out which will include prior history training, PRs, goals, and preferred days of the week for sessions. We can then jump on a 20 minute Zoom call to review your program and for any questions you may have!
