Comprehensive training program to address all levels of your preparation for the marathon. Includes: -Intake questionnaire -Gait analysis with written report and corresponding drills/exercises for running efficiency -cross training, stretching and injury prevention exercise prescription through a downloadable app and/or via e-mail -workout calendar provided through the VDOT application -feedback provided via VDOT app, text or e-mail (client preference) after key training sessions and tune up races -mental preparation, nutrition/hydration planning built into program for your marathon First time marathoners to experienced competitors are welcome as this program is fully personalized, although first time marathoners must have a base weekly mileage of 20 miles per week.
