This program included gait analysis with feedback report, running drills to address relevant findings from gait analysis and personal coaching. It is completely customized for your goals, schedule and level of ability. Comprehensive coaching includes cross training as well as strength and flexibility. Project Endurance adds the availability of unlimited contact with a coach via app communication, email and weekly phone calls as well as feedback following key workouts and races. I will monitor your progress and tolerance to workouts using heart rate, GPS and power data as well as time trials to assess and make adjustments to your training volume and intensity as appropriate. If you are new to running or cycling, or you are training for a special race you will definitely benefit from personalized coaching as you learn the ins and outs of prescribed training.
