The advisor program is primarily for athletes seeking a program to follow with feedback and adjustments based on current performance. After filling out a questionnaire, I will contact you for any additional input if necessary and create a completely customized training program to fit your needs, your goals, your schedule and your lifestyle. I will incorporate the use of any data you currently have available to you as well as including your previously scheduled gym classes or group training you are currently performing, if applicable. The workouts prescribed will be based on current training guidelines and a thorough understanding of exercise science.

As a Physical Therapist and an endurance athlete, I have extensive knowledge and experience designing training programs for runners to help them reach their potential.
