This consult includes a phone conversation to discuss your training history and any injuries as well as professional analysis of your gait during running and functional movements to identify potential areas of inefficiency which may contribute to an overuse injury as well as identification of areas that could be improved upon to enhance your running. After carefully reviewing your videos, I will provide you with a detailed report of my analysis and a customized home exercise program to address any areas of significance. I will contact you and provide you with instructions to record your running and functional movements as well as answer any questions you may have prior to recording video files. I will then send you your report and exercise program and contact you following the analysis to answer any questions you may have.
