This plan is for those who are aiming for the 10k distance. If this is your first time targeting the 10k distance or you have ran many 10ks the plan will be designed around YOU!!!! No plans are standard as everyone is unique. What you will receive is a variety of planned sessions accompanied by VDOT video explanations outlining the purpose of the session. Determination to complete the plan, experience of completing distances up to 5k in the past.
