This plan will enable you to focus on achieving your targeted time within the event. each of the training sessions will be accompanied by advice and explanation so that you know the purpose of the session. This plan is focused on the development of fitness and speed. Sessions will be varied and personalised to meet your needs. This plan will be personalised based on your target time and level of activity.
