With this plan we will focus on upcoming goals. All paces will be adapted using your most recent race time. What you will receive is a variety of planned sessions with VDOT video explanations outlining the purpose of the session. This plan is for everyone and will be adapted to suit your upcoming race schedule or personal goals. Along with the plan I will send regular updates in relation to how your sessions have went and where you need to focus to make gains. ADVICE AND GUIDANCE AT EVERY STEP.
