The base phase of training is arguably the most important part of a training plan. Whether you're an experienced marathoner, building up to your first 5k, or just trying to get introduced into running this initial 6 week block gives you the foundation and consistency to get to your starting line. Training Plan Includes: • Gradual build into weekly volume and post run routines to minimize injury risk and get you prepared for workouts to come • Training paces specific to you • Pre run mobility • Post run drills and strength routines • Interactive calendar that syncs to your GPS watch so I can track your progress
Willing to commit to the training plan! Will be helpful to be able to run for 20-30 minutes straight 2-3 times a week to begin.
