The Plan will offer a lot of Variety with doing some Potential Personal Best Times in shorter Distances 5K thru 15K along with a longer 30K........First Timers can have fun with it as well with Emphasis on Feedback with their Progress and Enthusiasm!
Preferably some experience racing shorter races and a running frequency of 4-5 time per week. I am open to working with beginners who are willing to put in 30-40 miles per Week.
