You will receive custom workouts uploaded to your online training calendar. These workouts are primarily aerobic exercises alongside basic strength training. All workouts are customized and based on your training history and current fitness. Once you've set up your calendar, you will always have access to your workouts.
Must have a chest strap heart rate monitor for objective effort tracking! Also, must be willing to commit to the training plan and give more than what's expected.
