This is a custom plan based on your experience and goals. If you are wanting to run your first marathon or your looking PR your previous marathon time this plan is perfect for you. This plan also allows you to choose your days off based on your schedule. The miles, speed, and intensity of the workouts will be based on your goals and your availability. Your training calendar will be available to you within the VDOT app.
