Description

Plan dedicated for high school runners in prep for XC season. June: Basic mileage, hills, long runs, strides July: Threshold intervals, hill repeats, broken tempo, longer LR's August: Longer threshold, CV, Interval (5k) reps, progression LR's

Minimum Requirements

Tailored to athletes who are comfortable running 30 - 35mi / week and progressions to 45 - 50mi / week by the end of the summer. Athletes should be capable of completing an 8mi run after 1 month of training.
