This coaching option combines individualized run training with a customized strength program designed to improve durability and reduce injury risk. Training is built around your experience level, goals, training history, and life demands, with regular adjustments based on feedback and performance. Strength programming is tailored to your training phase, injury history, and available equipment, with progressions that support your running rather than compete with it. Coaching also includes race planning and pacing guidance when applicable. Ongoing communication is available via messaging, email, text, and phone calls as needed. Phone calls are scheduled when a conversation would be more efficient than messaging, with most communication handled through the platform or email.
