This coaching option provides fully individualized run training for athletes training from the mile to the marathon. Programs are built around your experience level, goals, training history, and life demands, with regular adjustments based on feedback and performance. Support includes race planning, pacing guidance, and thoughtful progression focused on consistency, confidence, and long-term development. Ongoing communication is available via messaging, email, text, and phone calls as needed. Phone calls are scheduled when a conversation would be more efficient than messaging, and most communication is handled through the platform or email.
