We’ll talk through what you’re looking for in coaching, how individualized run or run + strength programming would be structured, and determine whether we’re a good fit to work together. The call is focused on clarity and alignment rather than detailed coaching or treatment, and there is no obligation to continue after the consultation.

I provide individualized run coaching and optional strength programs for athletes training from the mile to the marathon. I’m a licensed physical therapist, competitive runner, and former collegiate team captain who takes a supportive, evidence-based approach to training. I work with runners of all experience levels, from beginners to experienced athletes, focusing on consistency, confidence, and long-term progress while reducing injury risk.
