Description

Work 1-on-1 with Jared to develop into the strongest version of yourself as a runner. Consistent communication through the app. All workouts will be added to the app weekly, including runs and specific strength workouts. For those runners looking to set on a journey to become a lifelong runner or for those training for a specific race.

Minimum Requirements

Currently running consistently at least 3-4x/week.
