Race specific training Form focused work. Trail and fell specific running. Hill workouts up and down. Racing tips. Pacing advice Motivational help. Emails and Skype communication will be used if and when needed but mostly conversations will work best through the app to keep track of.
Must have 20-60 minutes 3 times per week to start. The more time you have the better. No good starting all keen though so let’s start with realistic training time goals.
