10 week in-person training plan (virtual option available) building towards the NYC Half marathon. Individualized training plans + Saturday or Sunday in-person meet up every other week in Central Park, workouts uploaded to your watch via the V.O2 app, regular email and in-app communications. Session dates January 8 - March 17, 2024 Let's get the year started on the right foot! I'm available to chat if you have any questions about this program.
