A customized training program to fit your particular needs whether you're starting your running journey, trying to get back to running after a break, training for your next marathon and want change things up. I'll create a training program to work with your life and goals after our initial consultation call and make adjustments as needed cause, you know....life. Along with your training calendar (uploaded monthly), you'll also get cross training recommendations and stretching and mobility exercises to help keep you healthy and get you to the start line. I'll be available via email to answer any questions or if you need to chat. Private in-person sessions are available to add-on per my in-person rate of $50 / hr.
